Welcome to Dune Blanche ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at www.duneblanche.ca (the "Site") or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Dune Blanche. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our products.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order through our Site, you represent and warrant that:

•       You are at least 18 years of age;

•       You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;

•       You are not purchasing our products for resale without prior written authorization from Dune Blanche; and

•       All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Products

4.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Fragrance Safety & Certifications

All Dune Blanche extraits de parfum are IFRA (International Fragrance Association) certified and have undergone third-party laboratory testing. We recommend performing a patch test before use. Our products are intended for external use on skin only and must be kept out of reach of children.

4.3 Allergen Disclosure

Fragrances may contain allergens. If you have known sensitivities or allergies to fragrance ingredients, please review the ingredient list on the product packaging before use. Dune Blanche shall not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to review disclosed allergen information.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

Submission of an order through our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders where product availability has changed or where pricing errors have occurred. You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled, and any payment collected will be refunded in full.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

5.3 Payment

We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Dune Blanche does not store your full payment card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping timelines, carriers, and associated costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination and availability. Dune Blanche is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders lost or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products — luxury perfumes that contact the skin — we accept returns only on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

7.2 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at concierge@duneblanche.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

7.3 Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7.4 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at contact@duneblanche.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Dune Blanche name, logo, product names, images, copy, campaign creative, and visual assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dune Blanche or its licensors and is protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from our Site without our express prior written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Dune Blanche does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dune Blanche and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
