Our Curated Promise

We accept returns on all **unopened** and **unsealed** collections within 7 days of the arrival date. To maintain the sanitary and molecular integrity of our extraits, any product with a broken wax seal or cellophane wrap is considered final sale.

Opened Extraits

Due to the delicate nature of high-concentration perfume oils, once a bottle has been exposed to oxygen through the atomization process, its molecular profile begins to evolve. For this reason, opened fragrances cannot be returned.

Discovery Sets

Discovery and sample sets are intended for olfactory exploration and are final sale. We encourage their use before committing to a full collection.
