Shipping Policy

Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Dune Blanche is committed to delivering your fragrance with the same care and attention to detail that went into creating it. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

 

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

 

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

 

 

2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. Estimated delivery windows for domestic orders are as follows:

       Ontario & Quebec: 3–6 business days

       Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 5–9 business days

       Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, PEI, NL): 5–10 business days

       Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): 7–14 business days

 

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., holidays) or due to carrier disruptions.

 

 

3. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Available countries and applicable rates are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Estimated international delivery timelines are 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

 

Dune Blanche is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are separate from your order total and are not collected by Dune Blanche.

 

 

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order weight. Promotional free shipping thresholds, when active, will be indicated on the Site or at checkout.

 

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can monitor your shipment in real time at:

If you have not received a tracking notification within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at contact@duneblanche.ca.

 

 

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Dune Blanche is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable, delayed, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

 

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at contact@duneblanche.ca or +1 (942) 880-0053. We will do our best to make corrections before your order is dispatched.

 

 

7. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

       Checking with neighbours or building management

       Verifying the delivery address on your order confirmation

       Waiting 24 hours as some carriers mark packages delivered before the final handoff

       Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number

 

If after these steps your package remains missing, contact us at contact@duneblanche.ca and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

 

 

8. Fragile Items & Packaging

All Dune Blanche fragrances are classified as fragile items containing alcohol-based liquid. Each order is carefully packaged to meet carrier requirements for liquid and breakable goods. We use protective inner cushioning and sealed outer packaging to ensure your bottle arrives in perfect condition.

 

 

9. Force Majeure

Dune Blanche shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs delays, pandemics, or extreme weather events.
