Returns & Exchanges Policy

Effective Date: September 22, 2025

 

 

At Dune Blanche, each fragrance is crafted with extraordinary care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

 

 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

       The product is unopened and in its original, factory-sealed packaging

       The return is initiated within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date

       The product has not been used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer

 

We are unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances, items returned after 7 days, or products not purchased directly through www.duneblanche.ca.

 

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

       Email us at contact@duneblanche.ca with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]"

       Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return

       Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions

       Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided

 

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted and could be returned to sender.

 

 

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

       The item arrived damaged or defective

       An incorrect item was sent due to an error on our part

 

In eligible cases, we will provide a prepaid return label. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns. Dune Blanche is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.

 

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

 

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note:

       Original shipping charges are non-refundable

       If a promotional discount was applied to your order, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid

       Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution

 

 

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different fragrance, we ask that you return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This allows us to ensure accurate inventory and fulfillment.

 

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@duneblanche.ca within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will prioritize a resolution — either a replacement shipment or a full refund — at no cost to you.

 

 

7. Final Sale Items

Items purchased during clearance events or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective or damaged.

 

 

8. Consumer Rights

These policies are in addition to, and do not limit, any rights you may have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
